This web site is owned and operated by Main Event Collectables.

By using this web site, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Business").

If you do not agree to these Terms of Business, please do not use this web site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. We suggest that you review these Terms of Business periodically for changes. Your use of this web site after the posting of changes to these Terms of Use will mean you accept the changes.

Payment

Goods will be dispatched only when full payment is received.

Payment is accepted in GBP via Credit/Debit Cards online, PayPal and we welcome Telephone Orders.

Postal Orders, Personal Cheques are accepted as part of a Mail Order (Please be advised that it usually take 5 working days for a cheque to clear)

(Payment must be received within 7 days of purchasing item unless prior arrangements have been made)

Receipts/Invoices

All orders will come with proof of purchase for their transaction.

Prices

The prices payable for goods that you order is as set out in our web site at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to update prices as necessary. Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to provide the goods at the incorrect price.

Age Restricted Items

Where you place an order for age-restricted goods, you confirm that you are of an appropriate age for the goods you are buying. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods.

Please Note: The ordering of age restricted items is the responsibility of the cardholder.

Product Availability and Ordering

1. The total cost of your order is equal to the price of the items ordered
2. Availability: We will do our best to fulfil your order within the time stated, but we cannot guarantee this in every instance. We will inform you of any problems immediately.
3. Shopping with Main Event Collectables.com is safe and guaranteed. All of the information you give us is private and secure. We do not sell or rent information about our customers.

Product Inspection

All items which are due for shipment will be inspected for any damages, by a Main Event Collectables member of staff before it is ready to be released for delivery.

Delivery

1. Main Event Collectables will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you have given for delivery at the time you make the order.
2. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is processed and in any event within 7 working days of your order.
3. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Main Event Collectables will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Return of Goods

Under the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 in the UK, we are required by law to give you 7 days 'cooling off' period after delivery of order.

Accordingly, you may return, with due & respectful notice to us, goods in a saleable condition (i.e. unused condition, including packaging, complete with instructions etc) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs)

Where goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect we will meet the cost of return (at our discretion).

However, if you inadvertently select the wrong item from our online shop catalogue then you bear the cost of returning the goods in a saleable condition for either a full refund (less postage costs) or replacement (in the latter case you will pay the new postage cost).

If the goods are kept beyond the 7 day period then the full invoice amount is payable by you unless we agree otherwise.

In all respects your statutory rights relating to any issue regarding faulty product(s) as associated with & pertaining to the manufacturers warranty are still withstanding.

To return goods, please: Pack goods carefully, preferably in our original packing with additional wrapping outside if necessary. Print 'Our Address' on the front of the package and also include a 'Return to Sender' as well. Include a covering note that gives your full name, address and contact details, especially your email address.

Use recorded delivery & please remember that if the goods do not reach us, or if they arrived damaged then we cannot be held responsible.

Replacements

We always deal with returns as quickly as possible - within hours not weeks. If you paid for something that's faulty, we want to get a replacement to you as soon as possible so hassle us if necessary

Liability

1. If the goods Main Event Collectables delivers are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective or the delivery is an incorrect quantity you must notify us in writing, of the problem within 7 days of receiving the order. In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations you may return the goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of your order for a complete refund. For all sealed packs e.g. CD/DVD/Action Figures, etc, the items must be unopened with the licence seal still intact. The goods need to be returned in mint condition and with the delivery note or invoice listing your unique order number and your name and address.
2. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 working days of the date on which you ordered them you must notify Main Event Collectables in writing and state the problem.
3. If you notify a problem to Main Event Collectables under this condition, we will, at your option, either: Make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the amount paid for the goods.
4. Main Event Collectables shall be under no liability whatever to you for any indirect loss or expense (including loss of profit) arising out of a breach of its obligations unless you have previously given notice that such loss is likely to be incurred in the event of breach.
5. Nothing in this contract is, however intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Main Event Collectables liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
